To ensure service continues smoothly without interruption, please review the following temporary arrangements:

• Pick-ups for invoiced orders will temporarily move to Rosedale Vancouver

All orders must be picked up within 48 hours of arrival at Rosedale. Storage fees will apply for any freight held beyond this timeframe. Rosedale will support all customer pick-ups until our new Vancouver facility opens.

Shipments that are required to be shipped beyond Rosedale Vancouver will be arranged in the similar fashion as they are now.
