Tierra Sol Ceramic Tile is accepting resumes for a full time warehouse worker. Duties will include shipping and receiving, customer service, and light janitorial. Hours of work are 5 days per week, 38 - 40 hours. This could include Saturdays. Certification on forklifts and first aid would be beneficial but willing to train the right candidate.

Tierra Sol Ceramic Tile is actively seeking to fill full-time positions in our busy retail showroom and on our fast-paced wholesale order desk with enthusiastic team players.
Previous experience in retail sales, the flooring industry, and the colour and interior design field are assets, but not required.
We have a busy showroom with clients who require help making selections and signing out samples. Part of our service to customers is providing product knowledge about tile, stone, and related products. Additional tasks include keeping the sample room, showroom, and discontinued sales area stocked, well organized, and clean. This position is full time, five days per week, including Saturdays.
Our wholesale order desk services a large base of account customers requiring information about our products, pricing, projects, and stock availability. You will deal heavily with contractors, designers, and our sales people in this position. Exceptional problem solving and mathematical skills are required. Additional tasks include helping manage the movement of inventory between our branches and data entry to help maintain our inventory records.
These positions include dealing with retail and professional customers in a fast moving environment. Excellent phone skills, comfort using a Windows based computer program, and the ability to multi-task and problem solve are very important for our joint success. Above all, possessing excellent customer service skills and wanting to work in a team environment are key attributes you can bring to Tierra Sol Ceramic Tile.
